AMERICA UNDER JUDGMENT - IN GOD'S COURTROOM!

"Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat upon it, from whose presence earth and heaven fled away, and no place was found for them"...Revelation 20:11

The United States Supreme Court has been at the center of enforced erosion of the moral and spiritual center for decades now. From former Ku Klux Klan bigot-turned liberal Hugo Black to the current Justice Anthony Kennedy, there has been a wholesale removal of God from the public life - never mind the violation of the First Amendment rights of the average citizen. To men like Hugo Black and his "wall of separation of Church and state", the religious liberties and rights of the ordinary citizen is meaningless when compared to their moral and intellectual self-righteousness and superiority.

The former KKK member/Supreme Court Judge Hugo Black, who hated Catholics as much as he hated God, wrote the majority opinion in 1947 in the case of Everson vs Board of Education which stopped the use of local public funds for the transport of children, via school buses, to local religious schools. It was not just the decision but the vitriol he aimed at the taxpayers, who now could not have their kids bused along with public school children.

Then in 1962, the same thorn in the side of God - Hugo Black, wrote the same kind of majority opinion in Engel vs Vitale Case when by a majority if 6-1 (which included Supreme Court justices like the Kennedys of that day - Earl Warren) threw God and prayer out of schools. Black's majority opinion was just as contrived as that letter by Jefferson to the Danbury Baptists which started all this fake "Separation of church and state"  stuff.

One year later, the same Earl Warren Supreme Court removed the Bible from Schools. Fast forward to exactly 10 years later and in 1973, Justice Harry Blackmun, whose name will forever live in infamy (like Black), wrote the majority opinion on Roe vs Wade. We have had over 55 million American babies aborted since and counting. The premise of the right to an abortion was found in a made up thing which did not exist in the real constitution, i.e. "emanations from the penumbra".....typical liberal-speak.

Exactly forty years later, in a biting deviation from the Word of God, another supreme court judge - Kennedy - invalidated 6000 years of civilization. By his majority 5-4 liberal decision, he virtually created a right to same-sex marriage which will reveberate throughout society and damage the First Amendment, religious liberty and more. Just like Roe vs Wade, these pontificating people could care less about the moral fabric and its effect on children.  

When these judges removed God from the public schools starting in 1947 to this last shot across the bow by Kennedy, they also removed His Morality. We see the decline in education, the culture and the family. It did not start overnight, and it had a lot of  help from politicians and judicial activism.

This is just the start of an assault of religious freedom by the Court.  More cases will be coming up before it and they involve the healthcare mandate on religious hospitals and employers. These institutions are being told to provide contraceptives and abortion pills as part of their health care packages to employees (re:health care reform). So far lower courts have only upheld religious freedom of these individuals on a sporadic basis. Therefore, the First Amendment will be on trial again before the US Supreme Court where it may or may not stand a chance.

However, the US Supreme Court is not the only supreme mess out there. The entire infrastructure of America has crumbled, and we see it collapsing like a house of cards almost daily. Here is what we can take from this - days are coming, declares the Lord, when True Justice will be served. God's Justice will not be just for matter like these, but all the transgressions against His Holiness since the beginning of time. The Holy God of Heaven, Whom these people (and all who have sinned and NOT accepted Christ as Lord and Savior) will face on Judgment Day will be using the same Law against them that He put in every human heart, since Creation. Whether the Lost believe in God or not does not matter. They will stand accused and completely guilty on that day.

Two things are to be taken away from the following passage in Revelation, which should give hope to all persecuted saints of God - whether they are persecuted in Iran or Nigeria or increasingly here in the US. These two things are one - nothing has escaped God and two, the books will be open with Jesus Christ the Righteous Supreme Judge of the Universe holding court. With Him in charge, all will be cleaned up and supreme justice will be served.

Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them.  And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

All of this is horrible stuff. Still, even the vilest sinner - from the highest to the lowliest person in the world, can have their sins forgiven, be made new and be set free and saved by the Spirit of God. All any person has to do is cry out to the Lord, ask His forgiveness for our sins and then accept the finished work on the Cross. If it can happen to "Roe" (Norma McCorvey) of Roe vs Wade, the Apostle Paul or you and I, salvation can come to anyone.

HOLLYWOOD'S/AMERICA'S CULTURE OF DEATH

I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants (Deuteronomy 30:19 NASB)

For decades now, America (and most of the western world) have been in the icy-cold grip of the Curse. Ever since liberal secularist judges on the United States Supreme Court created a clause of whole cloth, from the "emanations of the penumbra" of the US Constitution (Roe vs Wade), the Soul of America was lost. Almost forty years of the devaluing of human life, through the abomination of Abortion, has wrought the bitter fruit we see time after time, such as what just happened in Aurora, Colorado.


We can trace the beginnings of the Decline of not just morality, but Spiritual decline, way back to the late 1800's when European socialist thinking crept into the mainline churches. We can trace it back to acceptance of Darwin's THEORY of evolution and the racist Margaret Sanger's creation called Planned Parenthood. But we can really trace its acceleration to as recently as the 1940's post-World War II America, when prosperity overwhelmed the Gospel of Christ in importance. 

As America became wealthier and left for the comfort of the suburbs, it left the fire in the belly for the Ways of the Lord to a few in the Bible Belt of America - the South. Still, men up north like the great Illinois preacher A.W. Tozer began to warn Christians of what was coming, and gave the prophetic clarion call to return to the Lord. The young Billy Graham was urging millions to turn to the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved. But the seeds of destruction were already sown by men like Supreme Court Justices and former Ku Klux Klan turned liberal, Hugo Black and William O. Douglas - men who hated God with a passion and had the power to shut down His Church. These two justices and their colleagues to follow - Blackmun and Warren - removed prayer and Bible from American classrooms and society and put this culture on a slide directly into Hell. 


It is little comfort to the 55 million aborted babies that these men gave us, that they are now regretting every decision they made, having faced the Judgment and Wrath of the Holy God they hated and are now eternally condemned away from Him. But these men also are responsible for the cheapening of the Spiritual lives of untold millions who are now and will be, lost to eternity, because of what this society has become.


Hollywood is an extreme reflection of such a society. The post war, prosperous facade of Father Know's Best and Ozzie and Harriet gave us their godless baby boomer, pot-smoking 1960's children who turned to pagan eastern religions which offer no hope. Those baby boomers, now in charge of America, are the ones now responsible for the moral, cultural decline and corruption of every generation since.

HEATH LEDGER'S JOKER

Something like the Aurora, Colorado massacre does not happen in a vacuum because some sick young man bought weapons and went berserk. It happens time after time, not only because America's (current and past) political and social leaders are phony fake godless people with a christian mask, but because parents and church leaders have no Biblical compass themselves. There is no way some parents should have been allowing demonic trash like Twilight; Harry Potter and some of the Batman movies into their homes. By doing this (and they are just a few examples), America's parents have slowly allowed the home to be the feeding ground for ungodliness.

And it is not just Batman. Of the 30 Most Violent films listed here, most were made in the past 15 years! Of the films released so far this year (2012) the majority have been violent and rated over PG-13 to R. Nothing is sacred. You can see them all in one place if you go to your local video store. Try finding something appropriate for your family to watch! It would serve you better to turn the TV off and read or research something on Google than spend your hard-earned money making Hollywood perverts rich....the same people who tell you how to live your own lives- while their lives are falling apart or what dangerous greenie-weenie car to drive while jetting around to high-brow politically-liberal fundraisers and driving stretch limousines! 

We already know that MTV and the likes have destroyed a couple generations of youth. We already know that gangsta rap has led an entire people astray in the Inner City. We already know that more and more young people are searching for their life's meaning in technology and mysticism. We know all that and are almost powerless to affect it. The people of God used to be the ones to warn, comfort and disciple the youth to restoration. Instead, the most popular preacher in America - Joel Osteen - does not preach the true Gospel of Christ, but how to get rich and healthy. Others are corrupting the Bible into an Emergent Church...and on and on.


The answer to all of this: 

- Realize God will call you and I to account for all our actions....no matter what politicians and stupid church leaders will tell you.
- Realize that Stewardship as a Parent and responsible member of Society is a serious life-long calling.
- Realize that Stewardship involves being the best you and I can be and that means, following the Precepts and Statutes of God.
- Realize that the Word of God is sufficient for everyday living and we MUST live by it and teach it to our kids.
- Realize that you and I cannot depend on any church, no matter how much one may like a pastor or a leader, to teach our kids the Ways and Wonders of Christ.
- Realize that you and I still have the power of a parent, even if our kids are 30 and married, to teach, guide and direct away from the Hollywood and music culture of death.
- Realize that you and I still have the power to keep all that garbage, filth and degradation out of our homes...don't give them the satisfaction of buying or watching their stuff. Instead, turn back to goodness, holiness and the Truth that matters - Jesus Christ.
- Realize that God will call you and I to account for all of the above.


You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
